Arabic School Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website which is operated by Al-Arqam Arabic and Quran School and managed by Digital Hashtag Agency.
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1- Website users
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Al-Arqam Arabic School.
Al-Arqam Arabic School has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Al-Arqam Arabic School shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
2- Classes and Registration for the Arabic School and Islamic Studies Courses
- The classes will focus on: Learning Arabic (Reading – Writing – Listening – Speaking) & Islamic Studies
- Classes for the Arabic school and Islamic studies courses will only be cancelled under exceptional circumstances and will normally run on Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 to 02:30 p.m for the Arabic school and Fridays 06:00 to 09:00 pm for the Islamic studies courses depending on classes and age group. Parents are advised to contact the admin team for further details.
- Before enrolment, students will have an interview with the Admin.
- No classes will be held during Eid holidays, Christmas, Easter and others that will be determined by school administration throughout the year.
- All fees are payable in advance within the 1st week of every term. Full payment will be expected, any part payment will be refunded. For administration purposes the fees will be collected three times in the academic year which will cover three terms.
- For parents who have more than one child, they are permitted to pay the term fees within the first month of each term.
- Fees are non-refundable regardless of attendance.
- Attendance is vital, unauthorised absences of more than 4 Sundays or more, the pupil will be removed from the register and parents must re-apply to the School for re-admission with a registration fee of £25.
- If a student enrols part-way through the term, the fees will be calculated at minimum £80 until the end of the term, payable in advance.
- The instructor will maintain a register of attendance. Absence should be kept to an absolute minimal.
- Al-Arqam Arabic School has the right to exclude any student disrupting the class or breaching our rules. A new starter will have a three month probation period.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for accompanying their child to and from the entrance and collecting them on time.
- Student must come to the school looking clean and tidy.
- Please remember no mobile phones/tablets are allowed in the centre.
- The school staff may take photos and videos of classes in which your child may be included. These materials will be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish your child to be taken photos/videos of then you need to contact the school admin in writing.
Every effort is made to maintain your child’s safety, and well –being whilst visiting the centre. In the unlikely event of an accident, loss or damage to personal effects, Al-Arqam Arabic and Quran school will not assume any liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from inappropriate use of the premises and car park.
